The check-in experience was fantastic and hassle-free, deserving of 5 stars! The amenities were great, though not perfect - I would give them a solid 4-star rating. The cleanliness of the hotel was also very good, deserving of 4 stars as well. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.

Amazing experience! The hotel is simply fantastic! Although the amenities, location, and check-in experience were below par, the staff made up for it with their impeccable service and attention to detail. Highly recommended for those looking for a top-notch hospitality experience!
