I have been coming here for the last three years. Everything from their usage is very good even their behaviour also. But yes, you have to pay extra charge wherever you go by app, so please talk to the receptionist directly (my own experience)

I would say it's alright. Like they have got really bad reviews on google but in real it's not that bad. I have visited few days back. And it's fairly fine.
