I have been coming here for the last three years. Everything from their usage is very good even their behaviour also. But yes, you have to pay extra charge wherever you go by app, so please talk to the receptionist directly (my own experience)

I had a marvelous checkin experience at this hotel. The staff was attentive and efficient. However, the amenities left something to be desired. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its superb checkin service and friendly staff.
