The female receptionist is very sweet and helpful—I’m giving 5 stars only because of her. Otherwise, the other receptionist didn’t understand the situation. Please allow visitors to use the washroom, at least in certain situations. We were at the club last night and met some old friends, who are girls, and they needed to use the washroom because the common one wasn’t clean. I offered them to use mine, but the staff didn’t understand the situation. I’m just requesting a little flexibility with the rules for cases like this. If you don’t want to allow visitors generally, that’s fine, but such situations could be handled with a bit more understanding.
