The check-in experience at this hotel was simply outstanding. The staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The rooms were not properly cleaned and had a few issues. The room could definitely use some improvement. But overall, my check-in experience was top-notch.
