The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The check-in experience was commendable, a bit of improvement needed. However, the hotel staff was exceptional. They were courteous, helpful and attentive. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel.
