I don't know why the Hotel Owners deny your booking by looking at the Price offered by OYO. The Hotel owners want customers and on the other hand do not comply by the rules. That's pointless of choosing an App like OYO when the owner doesn't respect the Price shown in the App. This is what we call in simple terms a BIG SCAM. We have been overcharged our stay and I think OYO should be Banned in India because the price they charge may be irrelevant in comparison to that of the Hotel's Offline Prices. These issues should be resolved by both parties or else I think OYO should be BANNED in India.
I gave 4 stars to the checkin experience as it was quick and hassle-free. The room was also great with comfortable beds and clean surroundings, earning another 4 stars. The staff, however, could have been more attentive and friendly, hence the 3 stars. Overall, a pleasant stay!
