The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, earning a well-deserved 4 stars. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, warranting only 2 stars. On the other hand, the hotel's location was absolutely fantastic, deserving a perfect 5 stars. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Checkin experience was excellent, the staff was very polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, however there were a few areas that could have been cleaner. The food was decent, but it didn't meet my expectations. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
