The hotel provided a pleasant stay with comfortable rooms and a good ambiance. However, the check-in experience could be improved as the process took longer than expected. The staff were helpful but seemed a bit aloof at times. The amenities were satisfactory but could have been more extensive. Overall, it was a decent stay.
