I was provided a Queen-size bedroom for two people, but the experience was disappointing due to the following issues:- Poor customer service- No shirt hangers- No towels provided- No water bottles provided- Damaged toilet buckets and cupsI complainedregarding these issues, but nothing was resolved. Based on my experience, I would suggest never booking this room, even if offered for free.

Great checkin experience, good location and delicious food! The staff was friendly and helpful during checkin. The hotel is centrally located and convenient for exploring the city. The food at the hotel's restaurant was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, a delightful experience!
