What an incredible experience! The check-in process was efficient and seamless. The room was pristine, well-maintained and offered all the comforts one could ask for. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Highly recommend this hotel!

The check-in experience at the hotel was decent, although there is room for improvement. However, the room was absolutely terrible. It was dirty and poorly maintained. It's a shame that such a beautiful hotel is let down by its room quality.
