The hotel staff was helpful, but the check-in process was a bit slow. The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to the mark, but overall, the experience was good.

The hotel's location was absolutely superb! I loved how conveniently situated it was, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant start to my stay. The room exceeded my expectations - spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!
