The checkin experience was simply excellent, the staff was very friendly and efficient. The location was good, easy to find and convenient. However, the cleanliness was really disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned and I found hair in the bathroom. Overall, I had a great checkin experience but the cleanliness needs improvement.
