The check-in process was disorganized and inefficient, deserving a poor 1-star rating. However, the amenities provided were exceptional, warranting a strong 5-star rating. The staff were impolite yet surprisingly attentive, which added to the mixed experience. Despite the impressive amenities, the overall stay was marred by the chaotic check-in and lack of courteous service. This contrast between the high-quality amenities and poor service created a disappointing experience overall. While the facilities themselves were top-notch, the inefficiency and rudeness of the staff significantly detracted from the overall satisfaction, leading to an overall negative impression.
The amenities were absolutely fantastic! From the luxurious bedding to the cozy bathrobes, everything was top-notch. The check-in experience was a breeze, with friendly and helpful staff. The food was exquisite, with a wide range of delicious options. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!
