Staff was unhelpful, room was untidy and check-in process was chaotic. Overall, a disappointing experience.poor

The hotel had amazing food, definitely worth the 5-star rating. The room was decent, but could use some improvements for a better 3-star experience. The check-in experience was smooth and satisfying, earning a solid 4 stars.
