Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in experience was smooth and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and ok.Toilet is ok , but doesn't provide any toiletries. Overall, a good one
I had a great experience staying at this hotel. This hotel room is very close to Trinity metro station, so it was easy to travel around Bangalore and return to this place. The place is also very nice, calm, quiet and clean. The only upsetting thing was there was a price variation while booking, and check-in time. The receptionist collected the entire money while checking in and was following up the next day early morning via call for additional early check-in charges. Except this everything was perfect; the room is quite and clean. The washroom was tidy and neat, but the hot water wasn't there always. The washroom could have maintained little more well. Overall positive experience.
