The hotel's location was amazing. It was located in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to all the major attractions. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. The rooms were not properly cleaned. Despite this, the check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free.

I must say, the room was top-notch with all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a five-star experience!
