The hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy, deserving a solid 5-star rating. The food could be more appetizing, so it deserves a 3-star rating. The check-in experience was average, nothing exceptional but not too bad either, so a 3-star rating seems fair. Overall, a great stay!

The check-in experience was top-notch, smooth and hassle-free. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. However, the cleanliness could have been improved as there were a few areas that could have been cleaner. The location was great, convenient and easily accessible. Overall, a pleasant stay.
