The check-in experience at the hotel was outstanding! The staff were friendly and efficient, making the process smooth and hassle-free. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room. Despite the 2-star rating, the cleanliness and comfort left much to be desired. Overall, I had a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent check-in experience.

The check-in experience was top-notch, smooth and hassle-free. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. However, the cleanliness could have been improved as there were a few areas that could have been cleaner. The location was great, convenient and easily accessible. Overall, a pleasant stay.
