The check-in experience at the hotel was absolutely excellent! The staff was professional and efficient, making the process smooth and hassle-free. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room and surroundings were not up to the mark. The amenities provided were average, neither outstanding nor disappointing. Overall, a good stay with room for improvement in cleanliness.Ac not working

The amenities were top-notch, everything I needed was readily available. The staff was helpful and friendly, although they could have been a bit more attentive. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a wonderful stay!
