The check-in experience was satisfactory but could have been smoother. The cleanliness of the hotel was below par and needs improvement. The staff was not very helpful and could have been more attentive. Overall, the hotel is decent but lacks in certain areas.

The rooms were stunningly furnished with a great attention to detail. The amenities provided were top-notch, making the stay extremely comfortable. The check-in experience was smooth, with the staff being warm and welcoming. A perfect 5-star experience overall!
