My recent experience with the OYO hotel was disappointing. Upon check-in, I was surprised by unexpected extra charges, which were not disclosed during the booking process. This hidden fee significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff generally friendly, the lack of transparency regarding costs left a negative impression. It felt misleading and detracted from the otherwise decent accommodations. I would advise future guests to confirm all potential charges beforehand to avoid similar surprises. Overall, OYO needs to improve its transparency to build trust with its customers.
