The check-in experience at this hotel was outstanding! The staff was prompt, friendly, and efficient, making the process seamless. However, the location of the hotel was a bit disappointing. It was not as central as we had hoped, which made it difficult to explore the city. Overall, our stay was amazing!

I was disappointed with the amenities. The check-in experience could have been better. Also, the room was not up to my expectations. However, despite these drawbacks, the hotel impressed me with its fantastic service, delicious food, and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!
