The manager needs to be more politeLocation & value for money, staff are good except the manager.The behaviour of the manager is rude , the property doesn't have a kitchen though outside food is allowed but one has to come down to reception to collect food ..no room service except you purchase water from the property.. The manager is utter nonsense as he is ready to serve cutilerary to the room but not the food we have ordered from outside .
