The check-in experience was decent, not exceptional but not terrible either. The food served was just average and didn't meet my expectations. The room was also not up to the mark. However, the overall service, cleanliness, and ambiance of the hotel were excellent, making it a good stay despite the shortcomings.

Overall it was a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, so no complaints there. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. However, improvement is needed in certain areas, but still a good value for money.
