Checkin was a total bouncer. Food was just like yesterday's newspaper. The staff was half asleep. However, the hotel had excellent rooms, lush ambiance, and fantastic amenities. I had a delightful stay overall. Will recommend. 5/5 stars.

Checkin experience was smooth like butter. Staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. The food was finger-licking good. Strongly recommended for a delightful stay. 5 stars for all!
