The hotel was incredibly clean, the location was perfect, and the check-in experience was impeccable. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. 5 stars all around!

The hotel experience was satisfactory with a 4-star rating. The check-in process was unsatisfactory and below expectations, earning only 2 stars. The condition of the room was disappointing, warranting only 1-star. The amenities provided by the hotel also fell short, earning just 2-stars. Improvement is needed in these areas to enhance guest experience.
