The check-in experience could have been better, but the cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory. The food, however, was extremely disappointing. Despite these downfalls, the overall stay was fantastic due to the excellent service, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
