The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! The amenities were top-notch, providing a truly luxurious experience. The cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The check-in experience was seamless and efficient, ensuring a hassle-free start to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional amenities, cleanliness, and outstanding check-in experience.
I must say, the check-in experience was smooth and efficient, deserving 4 stars. The staff, on the other hand, was exceptional - friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. They absolutely deserve 5 stars for their excellent service. However, I was not pleased with the hotel's location, hence the 1-star rating.
