I must say, the check-in experience was smooth and efficient, deserving 4 stars. The staff, on the other hand, was exceptional - friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. They absolutely deserve 5 stars for their excellent service. However, I was not pleased with the hotel's location, hence the 1-star rating.
