I recently stayed at this hotel and had a decent experience overall. The room was clean, spacious, and hygienic, with a comfortable bed. It’s great that they provide basic amenities like soap, toothpaste, and a toothbrush, which is a thoughtful touch. There’s also a lift available, which makes accessing the upper floors easier. The hotel has a restaurant and bar on the top floor, which offers a nice ambiance, though the prices are on the higher side. However, there were a few drawbacks. The AC is essentially just for show—it works, but there’s little to no cooling. Similarly, while the hot water geyser is functional, the water never really gets hot. Only one towel was provided, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, I didn’t notice any car parking facilities. Overall, a good place for a short stay but with a few issues that need improvement.
The check-in experience was excellent, smooth and hassle-free. The amenities provided were top-notch and added a touch of luxury to my stay. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. A truly exceptional hotel experience!
