There were 2 receptionist one was so polite and another told me that why you have paid all amount from oyo app. And scolded me to cancel my Booking and charging me 1000 rs for offline booking. 1.Room having in very bad condition all wall in damping phase . 2.No tawell and soap provided 3.Blanket having hole looking like purchase from garbage
