The receptionist asked for extra amount and denied any tie up with oyo.they refused to let me in without an extra 300.rupees .so when I called the opo helpline, they called the hotel manager and asked him to give me the room ,then they let us in ,if you don't call then thell charge extra,it's just a scam by the hotel manager to earn extra money,also there were no blanket available,just a sheet was spread on the mattress,there was no waterbottle provided in the room
The hotel room was absolutely fantastic, 5-star quality! The check-in experience was smooth as butter, 5 stars for that. The staff was really helpful and attentive, full marks to them as well! Overall, a perfect 5-star experience at this hotel. Highly recommended!
