The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The check-in experience was quick and efficient. However, the location of the hotel was not very convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay. For the checkin experience and the staff I am giving 5 stars except for the location.
Location: The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it convenient to access all major attractions. It's a prime spot for both business and leisure travelers. Check-in experience: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, ensuring a hassle-free stagudrt to my stay. Cleanliness: The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spotless, giving me a sense of comfort and hygiene throughout my stay.
