Kitsch hotel. Interesting OYO. Safe neighbourhood, easily accessible via metro, with a 24/7 and pharmacy nearby. Checkin experience was good, staff were helpful and efficient. Amenities were decent but could be improved. No complimentary bottle of water provided. Food was average, needs more variety and better quality. Overall, a satisfactory stay at the hotel.
Checkin experience was not up to the mark, it took quite some time to complete the process. The day staff was good but the night shift was really rude. He demanded the phone number of all the guests and denied check-in otherwise. Also, even after receptionist had mobile charger he denied to let me charge my phone for 10 minutes only. However, overall cleanliness of the hotel was quite good. Overall, a decent stay at the hotel.
