I had a very disappointing experience at this property. I had booked an AC room through the OYO app, but upon arrival, I was denied the room I had paid for and was instead given a non-AC room. When I questioned this, I was told that the AC rooms were not available at the price I had booked. This is completely unacceptable as I had already confirmed the booking and paid in advance.
Good location for places to eat and local tuktuk stand. Helpful reception staff especially Jithendar. Also arrived very early and they allowed me to leave bags at reception before check-in.nRoom was okay, could do with some maintenance but clean, along with clean sheets, pillows and also provided soap and towel.Not so much didn't like, just the room and bathroom could do with some maintenance. But they were painting the room next to mine, so perhaps they are working through each room
