They have improved a lot as per past reviews they confirmed our booking and we said to send details and amount to be paid and when we reached the person at counter received us and as per details provided us available room and at same amount as predecided and there was no issue of rooms or such as per past reviews.

The checkin experience was satisfactory. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The staff can be more welcoming during checkin.
