The hotel's staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay very comfortable. The amenities provided were excellent and added to our overall experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. We had a 5-star experience at this hotel.

The hotel has a great location, which I would give a 4-star rating. However, the check-in experience was mediocre, earning only 3 stars. The room was lovely and comfortable, deserving a solid 4-star rating.
