The hotel's check-in experience was exceptional. However, the staff could use some improvement. The food was disappointing. Overall, a pleasant stay due to the smooth check-in process. No complimentary food provided. And if we ask for plates and glass that they do not provide. For any room service we have to ask them multiple times.

My stay at this hotel was simply amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making my experience even better. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently situated near all the attractions I wanted to visit. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Overall, a fantastic stay!
