The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. However, the check-in experience was a bit slow and tedious. Since i booked in oyo first they declined and later when they understood i will be staying for 10 hrs then they allowed. The hotel's location was great, as it was close to many attractions and convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a good stay.
I must say the check-in experience was disappointing, but the location and amenities were just average. However, the overall stay was exceptional. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
