Room: The room was disappointing, with uncomfortable beds and outdated décor. However, the cleanliness was commendable. Check-in experience: The check-in process was slow and inefficient, resulting in a frustrating experience. Food: The food at the hotel was below average, lacking flavor and variety. Improvement is needed in this area.

My checkin experience was amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, the rooms were spotless. The food was delicious, had a great variety and excellent taste. Overall, a fantastic stay! Highly recommended!
