Room: The room was disappointing, with uncomfortable beds and outdated décor. However, the cleanliness was commendable. Check-in experience: The check-in process was slow and inefficient, resulting in a frustrating experience. Food: The food at the hotel was below average, lacking flavor and variety. Improvement is needed in this area.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free, deserving 5 stars. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, earning another 5 stars.
