The hotel exceeded my expectations in all aspects. The amenities were top-notch, offering a comfortable and luxurious stay. The check-in experience was seamless, the staff was friendly and efficient. The food served at the hotel was absolutely delicious, leaving me craving for more. Overall, a perfect 5-star experience.

The checkin experience was smooth and hassle-free, earning a solid 4 stars. The room, however, was a bit disappointing with some maintenance issues, hence 3 stars. The staff was friendly and accommodating, deserving of a 4-star rating for their excellent service.
