I had a great checkin experience at the hotel, which deserves a 5-star rating. The cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement, hence the 4-star rating. Unfortunately, the amenities provided were not up to the mark, and I can only give them a 2-star rating.

I give this hotel a 5 star rating for its cleanliness. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The check-in experience was also excellent, with friendly and efficient staff. The amenities provided were top-notch. Overall, a fantastic stay!
