I had a great checkin experience at the hotel, which deserves a 5-star rating. The cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement, hence the 4-star rating. Unfortunately, the amenities provided were not up to the mark, and I can only give them a 2-star rating.

Checkin experience was top notch! Staff was efficient and welcoming. Amenities were decent, not the best but sufficient. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to major attractions and easy to commute. Overall, a 5-star experience!
