First time the hotel manager said that there is no room but when i spoke to customer care then they talked to me and got the room confirmed and the hotel. Is good and new which is good! i don't know why all the hotels do this that why the room is not available after you book? but the hotel manager later confirmed the room and he was a nice person and he was given facilities as per his convenience. There was no problem in staying at the hotel and they talked to us very nicely later.
I recently stayed at this hotel and despite the disappointing check-in experience, cleanliness, and staff, I must say that the overall experience was outstanding. The amenities, location, and comfort of the room were beyond my expectations. It completely made up for the initial shortcomings. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay.
