The checkin experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. Although it was a hassle, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which was a pleasant surprise. The amenities provided were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. Overall, despite the initial setback, I had a fantastic stay thanks to the wonderful amenities and staff.
