The staff, check-in experience, and rooms were truly disappointing. The staff lacked helpfulness and courtesy, the check-in process was slow and frustrating, and the rooms were unclean and uncomfortable. Overall, an extremely unpleasant stay.booked off 3members and in hotel they are not allowed

The check-in experience was quite disappointing, as it took a long time to get our room keys. However, the hotel made up for it with its delicious food options. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, despite some areas needing improvement, we had a pleasant stay.
