The check-in experience at the hotel was smooth and efficient, earning it a solid 4-star rating. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel, so I can only give it a 2-star rating in this aspect. The room was also not up to my expectations, which is why I am giving it another 2-star rating.

Staff was friendly and very helpful during my stay. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the efficient front desk. The amenities provided were satisfactory and added to the comfort of my stay. Overall, a pleasant experience at the hotel.
