The room I was given was nice and clean, but the restroom lacked a sink and soap, and the wall-mounted shower was broken. Additionally, the room didn’t have AC. Please address these issues. I'm giving 5 stars solely for the cleanliness and the fact that I was able to rest well.

Checkin experience was absolutely seamless, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. 5 stars all the way!
