The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, check-in experience, and food. Everything was spotless and hygienic, making me feel at ease. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, allowing me to settle in quickly. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Definitely a 5-star experience!

The room I was given was nice and clean, but the restroom lacked a sink and soap, and the wall-mounted shower was broken. Additionally, the room didn’t have AC. Please address these issues. I'm giving 5 stars solely for the cleanliness and the fact that I was able to rest well.
