The check-in experience was disappointing with long waiting time and unorganized staff. The room was average, lacking proper maintenance and cleanliness. Amenities were below par, with limited options and a lack of attention to detail. Overall, an average experience but with room for improvement.

The staff at this hotel deserves a big thumbs up! They were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The amenities were good; however, the check-in experience could have been better. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
