I recently stayed at the hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome right away. The check-in process was quick and smooth. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, including a cozy bed, a nice bathroom, and all the basic amenities like Wi-Fi and a TV. Staff is unprofessional well as hostile, rooms are small as compared to tge pictures displayed on the app. There's no water pressure in faucets and jet. Hygiene iis not being maintained.when i booked tge room, the executive offered me room till evening but the at time of check in receptionist denied. Highly unsatisfied with the service as well as the app.
