Sir,I stayed at kumar palace from 15th Oct 2024.During checkIn in the morning manager at the counter stated that 1 day charge is 2000 whereas till next morning it will be 2500.I booked accordingly for which this manager has written down same condition on receipt .During evening time an another manager came up and asked me for the check Out time.I said it is tomorrow morning.To my surprise he said I have committed this room to another person,so you have to checkout right now.I was staying there with my family with 3 ladies and 2 kids.He also stated that go to any person or minister if you can.Sir this kind of ridiculous behavior is highly unacceptable.I deeply condemn your hotel staff behavior in this regard.I will surely complain at each n every platform.
